Massage therapy
Hi, I’m Dana. I’m a licensed massage therapist, and I’m really interested in human bodies - how they work, and how to take care of them.
I’m also an aerialist, handbalancer, and climber, and I have some experience with looking after my own body through the wear and tear that comes with playing hard. Massage therapy is one of the simplest ways to care for a body. It’s not a replacement for exercise or vegetables, but it’s a great way to relax and get some help mobilizing those taut muscles that you can’t reach by yourself.
I’d love to be part of the support team that keeps you running at your best, whether that’s helping you maintain your current performance, assisting with injury recovery, or providing a haven where your wellbeing is the center of attention.
Services
This is enough time to address one area thoroughly. If you’re short on time or budget and have a trouble spot where you’d like focused work, this is a good option.
This gives us time for a full body massage, or time to go in depth on a few areas if you’re okay with skipping something.
Enough time to focus on areas that need more attention without skipping any part of the full body massage.
